Account Security and Responsibility

Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The viber77 welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25 times.
Example:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Required wagering = 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks
- Deposit 620,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Required wagering = 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks
If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds and any winnings from them will be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition
The company reserves the right to suspend accounts found attempting to stack bonuses to bypass wagering requirements, switching accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
5.4 Company's Right to Modify Bonuses
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate bonus programs with prior notice.
Game Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play
viber77 uses SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to guarantee fair play for all players.
6.2 Prohibited Actions
- Playing using software bots, automation tools, or scripts
- Intentionally exploiting game bugs to obtain funds
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Depositing or withdrawing for the purpose of money laundering
If any of the above violations are detected, all transactions and payments with the player will be stopped immediately and the account will be closed.
6.3 Game Outcome Decisions

The viber77 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up levels based on their play history.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Cashback is bonus money and can only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirements. The company reserves the right to update the VIP level-up criteria and cashback rates with prior notice.

The company reserves the right to suspend a player's account for the following reasons:
- A breach of this agreement is found
- Fraud or money laundering attempts are detected
- The account is found to have been opened with false personal information
- Relevant authorities request action for legal compliance
Funds and bonus money in accounts closed by company decision cannot be withdrawn until that decision is reversed.
Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for the following:

- Account breaches caused by the player's own negligence
- Delays from third-party services (e.g. KBZPay, Wave Money)
- Force majeure events beyond the company's control
The company's decisions on bonus adjustments and game results are final and the company does not support disputes.
